Mechanical requirements
Artwork to be used in advertisements may be provided in the following forms:
"Hard Art" (e.g., Photographs, prints, slides, negatives, etc)
"Electronic" (e.g., TIFF, EPS, JPEG, PSD, INDD, etc.)
It is preferred by Money Pages that logos be provided electronically as vector-based images. If an electronic file can not be provided, we recommend that a full color copy of the logo be provided in the largest format possible (up to 8.5" x 11") for scanning.
Copy / text instructions should be provided separately, preferabbly on an insertion/production order (provided for you by your Money Pages Territory Manager).
Specific color requests must be provided by indicating the proper PMS color(s) to be used. Money Pages is a full-color publication. All PMS colors indicated will be printed in the equivalents process color formula.
Electronic compatibility
Money Pages is created on a Macintosh Platform. Electronic files may be provided in the following formats:
Electronic file format: InDesign CS (or earlier versions), Adobe Photoshop CS (or earlier versions), Adobe ImageReady CS (or earlier versions), Adobe Illustrator CS (or earlier versions) and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (or earlier versions).
Media / Disk: We accept files saved onto diskettes, CDs or DVD's formatted for Macintosh.
Email: We can accept your electronic files via email. Please send instructions and all attachments to your Money Pages Sales Representative.
FTP: We can accept your electronic files via FTP. Please send instructions for accessing your FTP site to your Money Pages Sales Representative or to access the Money Pages FTP site, please contact your Money Pages Sales Representative for instructions.
